My family and I moved from Houston to San Antonio a few months ago and buying a home in a new city was so scary. Monique was recommended to us by good friends and she was the absolute best! When we first reached out to her, she was in Europe but recommended we drive some neighborhoods and get an idea of what area we liked. When she got back we toured two houses and instantly knew which house we loved. She loved it herself but advised us to tour two or three more homes to make sure we had something to compare it to. She consistently hustled to find houses that met our criteria and ensured we did as many viewings as possible to get the right house at the right price. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different areas, home styles, things to look out for, recommendations on how to make the space how we'd want, etc.

She also helped us sell our old home. Made it easy for us to list, take pictures, promote, and everything in-between. Even with a tough market, we were able to get it under contract quickly and sold.

Monique had to work extra hard for us, because we are elderly out of town buyers who needed to do most things remotely. There were other twists and turns, but in the end we found and bought a house that we really love, in an ideal location and at a price we can afford. The words I most remember Monique saying are “yes, I can help with that.” I don’t recall ever hearing her say “no!” Even now, well after the sale is complete, she is still jumping through hoops to help us out and answering a million questions.
