Michael Voulgaris

I offer over 39 years of experience in multiple facets of the real estate industry. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.  My experience includes teaching at various real estate schools, selling private mortgage insurance, while working in the secondary mortgage market.  I had a successful career as a loan officer for many years.  I have been in real estate sales, and real estate sales management managing a real estate office.  I also developed and taught a course for the first time homebuyers at Rice University's Extension College.  For the course, I wrote a textbook entitled "Buying a Home" which was published by Rice University.

My real estate sales experience includes light commercial, farm and ranch, vacation properties, investment properties, primary and secondary residences, condominiums, and acreage.  With my extensive background in the real estate market, my knowledge goes beyond listing and selling.  I have the ability to understand the needs of the customer and help them through the many stages from finding the right property, to finding the best financing to meet every buyer's needs.  My diversified experience and knowledge will assure a smooth closing.

Sharing a passion for water skiing and horseback riding, my wife, Janine, and I decided to move from Houston to the Hill Country.  I am no stranger to the Hill Country, since my family had a second home here when I was a teenager.  In 2003, Janine and I found five acres on Lake McQueeney where we could have a boat in the backyard and a horse in the front yard.  Our dream came true.
