Melinda Warfel

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people move into their next chapter with confidence. I’m passionate about creating an experience that feels clear, smooth, and empowering from start to finish.

A Texas native, I’ve been part of Austin’s northwest communities since 1998 after earning my Business degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University. My background includes working with a luxury homebuilder, in marketing and sales, and in property preservation—along with time spent as a stay-at-home mom. These experiences have shaped my ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively.  My husband and I have lived in the Cedar Park/Leander area over 20 years, where we’ve raised our three children—two now in college. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, reading, and enjoying walks with our two dogs.
