Mary Ann Jeffers

I consider myself a dedicated real estate professional having been in the industry 50+ years.  I have always been an advocate for my client's property rights and needs and continue to keep my education up to date.   By keeping myself informed I am able to provide current information so my clients can make informed decisions on one of the largest purchases or sale of their life. 

I am active at the local, state and National levels of the industry and have been recognized through numerous awards, including the 2017 Distinguished Service Award from both the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.  I am the  RECIPIENT of The NAR Omega Thu Rho Medallion and received REALTOR® of the Year in 2006 by the San Antonio Board as well as the State Women's Council of REALTORS®.   I served as 2015 Chairman of the San Antonio Board, 2008 President of the Texas State Women's Council of REALTORS® and have chaired many committees at all levels. I am a graduate of the 2006 Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program and received my Associate Degree in Real Estate from San Antonio College in 2017.   

My involvement in the industry shows I am committed to my profession by keeping up to date on trends and with all the changes in the real estate industry,   I am also certified as a Notary Signing Agent (meaning I am able to help with closings, when needed).

I am widowed since January 2025, my husband Joe was my best friend and was also a REALTOR® for over 40 years, his love and compassion made me a better person.  We have four children, Chuck, John, Raegan and RC, two grandsons Cole and Hunter, two great grandchildren Stella and Atti.    I consider myself very Blessed as GOD has been very good to me.  I am a member of the Lakeway Church since moving to The Hills.
