I am a first-time homeowner and Kim explained everything in terms that I could understand. When it came time to tour homes, she was pointing out the good and bad of each property as an unbiased expert in the field. She did not pressure me to make any decisions but rather gave me all the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision that I would not regret. Once a house was found, Kim attended all of the blue tape inspections to help point out deficits that I didn't even notice. She was also asking a lot of questions that did not cross my mind. Throughout the entire process, Kim was extremely quick to respond to calls/texts/emails. She treats you like family and the energy is well appreciated.
