Kerem "KB" Ildan

I’m a Texas Realtor® with a background in civil engineering, construction, and data analytics. Born and raised in Istanbul, Türkiye, I earned an MSc in Civil Engineering and worked on major international infrastructure projects before relocating to the United States.

My real estate career formally began with licensure and hands-on experience in Arizona in 2020, before establishing my practice in Texas. In parallel with real estate, I transitioned into analytics roles at one of the world’s largest technology companies, continuing that work through my relocation to Texas, where decisions are measured, forecasted, and held accountable.

I approach real estate with an engineering mindset, focused on feasibility, cost, and execution. I’m known for clear analysis, direct communication, and disciplined judgment, evaluating opportunities based on clear numbers rather than emotion.

Now based in Texas, I focus full-time on real estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Austin area and beyond. I’m committed to guiding clients through transactions with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, staying active, attending chess events, caring for plants, and going to live electronic music events.
