Kelseia Hertzog

Hi There! My name is Kelseia Hertzog. I am from a small town called Strong, Arkansas (population 500). I have lived in the South all of my life, from Arkansas to Louisiana and now San Antonio, TX.

San Antonio has been my home for 5 years now, and I love it just as much as I did 5 years ago. I am a proud mother and wife to a mental health professional and officer in the United States Army. My love for "helping people" started with my career in the yoga and fitness industry, but it didn’t end there. My 10-year career in the yoga and fitness industry has taught me that every client is different, and their experience should be individualized to serve them better.
