I’m Kayla Nash—a licensed real estate agent, Navy veteran, and proud Texas local—ready to guide you with care and commitment every step of the way.

After serving five years in the United States Navy, I returned to the community that raised me with a new mission: to continue helping people, this time through real estate. I’m passionate about being prepared, transparent, and fully present for every client.

Having grown up right down the road in New Braunfels, I know the backroads, the best neighborhoods, and the small details that make this area feel like home. My military background has taught me discipline, clear communication, and a strong commitment to doing things right. I’ve also built connections with trusted local cleaning services, landscapers, fencing companies, and other home professionals to help make the buying process smoother and less stressful. I keep my workload manageable so I can give each client focused attention and care.

Outside of work, I’m at home with two cats, a very enthusiastic puppy, and a genuine love for connecting with people. My goal isn’t just to get you to closing—it’s to make the process feel less overwhelming and more informed.
