Kathia Planas

Hey there!

I'm Kathia, I was born and raised in Mexico City, lived for a while in Illinois in a small town where my mom was born, and then moved to Chicago, to finally land in sunny, amazing Austin.

My previous experience is in the restaurant and hospitality industry, business owner, customer service field, event planning, and organization.  I truly enjoy helping people and this is why my transition into Real Estate is so fulfilling.

I pride myself on being a kind, and genuine person to my friends and family, and I want to help make your real estate process easy on you while still being able to enjoy the experience, and get you started on your next adventure!

Spanish is my first language if this would be helpful to you.

My proudest and most dedicated undertaking is being a mother to my two kiddos.  My family also includes our dogs, Enzo and Lola a sweet Griffondoodle. We’ve called Cedar Park home for over 13 years.

Soy Kathia, nací y crecí en la Ciudad de México, viví por un tiempo en Illinois en un pequeño pueblo donde nació mi madre, y luego me mudé a Chicago, para finalmente aterrizar en el soleado y sorprendente Austin. 

Mi experiencia previa es en la industria restaurantera y hospitalidad, dueño de negocios, servicio al cliente, planificación de eventos y organización.
Realmente disfruto ayudando a las personas y es por eso que mi transición a Bienes Raíces es tan satisfactoria. 

Me enorgullezco de ser una persona amable y genuina con mis amigos y familiares, y quiero ayudar a que su proceso de bienes raíces sea fácil para usted sin dejar de disfrutar de la experiencia, ¡y comenzar su próxima aventura! 

Mi trabajo de más orgullo y dedicación es ser madre de mis dos hijos. Mi familia también incluye a nuestros perros, Enzo, y Lola, un dulce Griffondoodle. Hemos llamado hogar a Cedar Park por más de 13 años.
