Here are some backgrounds of myself. I have been working in IT industry like IBM, Sony etc. for 15+ years, involving software development, test engineering, quality engineering, and engineering project/program management. I know what is going on in IT industry and now I would like to bring my experience and expertise to the real estate industry.  My last role in IT was a software engineering program manager in Sony for 9+ years. My responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing a project/program from start to finish. In one single project, I need to cooperate with 60+ cross functional team members worldwide. In order to make project successful delivery, my skills include leadership, communication, and problem solving. You can trust me that I will bring my IT expertise, knowledge, experience, and skills to help you find your dream home and/or sell your house quickly and smoothly.

There are some little things about me. I like go traveling with my family, watching movies, and playing basketball. I also train my son and daughter at home for Taekwondo competition strategies although most of credits go to his coach.

In conclusion, I am an immigrant from Taiwan. I know the pain to find a dream home or sell your house.
