My husband and I are very grateful to our realtor, Jeny, for doing such a great job in selling our house. She helped and informed us at every step. She was so dedicated and amazing that she sold our house in such a short time. In just 3 days after putting the house on the market, we already had a contract, and in a month we had closed the sale. She was helping us with every step of the process like informing us about the 1031 exchange, a way to sell an investment house and use the profit to invest in other properties. She was looking for the information so that we wouldn't have to pay taxes on that sale, and now she is helping us in the search for new investments. Jeny, our realtor and now a dear friend, has been an incredible help to our military family as we navigated the challenge of finding a house in Texas, a state we had never lived in before. After visiting a few rental houses on my own and encountering two other realtors who weren't interested in assisting us, we met Jeny. From our very first meeting, her honesty and sincerity gave us a sense of security.
