Jeffrey Burdeshaw
My name is Jeff Burdeshaw and I am originally from Indiana, where I gained a vast amount of experience in the construction industry. While on breaks from college at Indiana University, studying business, I spent time helping my brother with his trim carpentry/flooring business. After college I spent 9 years in the retail home improvement space, gaining a solid knowledge base in proper construction practices. During this time I also had the opportunity to build my first home and then subsequently remodel/flip another home.
I returned to college in 2013 earning a second degree in dietetics, eventually moving to Waco in 2017. While in Waco I spent 5 years working for Education Service Center Region 12 where I assisted schools in a 12-county area with their feeding programs (National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs, After School Snack Program, and Summer Feeding Programs). This was by far the most rewarding stop of my career, having a direct role in helping to improve the quality of meals provided as well as increased access to those meals.
Pursuing a career in real estate had always been a pipe dream for me, but the timing never really felt right. However, between helping remodel my house in Waco and us purchasing a rental home in Florida, my wife saw the joy and passion that I have for real estate and encouraged me to make that proverbial leap.
My goal is to always be improving and aspire to become a master of my profession. If you choose me to represent you as your Realtor®, you will be hiring someone that will work for you to get you the best deal as a buyer or obtain the top dollar for your home as a seller. If you’re not in the position to purchase or sell a home at this time, that’s okay, I would be more than happy to represent you as a tenant or landlord and work with you to come up with an action plan to make homeownership a reality.
In my free time, you will find me spending the majority of time with my wife and best friend, Debra, and our dog Winston an Airedale Terrier. We love to stay whether that be going to the gym, going for a walk with our dog or hitting the trails on our mountain bikes.
