Jared Tooker

Hi, I'm Jared Tooker! I'm a proud lifelong resident of the San Antonio area, with deep roots in Schertz, Cibolo, and New Braunfels - where I now live with my amazing wife and our sweet 2-year-old son. I'm a big fan of all things local, especially cheering on the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys (even when they test my patience). When I'm not working, you'll probably find me on a disc golf course, at a local hot spot, or chasing my toddler around the backyard.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and have spent the past six years teaching elementary physical education. Teaching has taught me how to lead with patience, break down big ideas into simple steps, and truly connect with people - skills that naturally carried over into real estate. Helping others learn and feel confident has always been a passion of mine.

My journey into real estate began after going through my own first-time home buying experience. Even with a great agent by my side, I realized how overwhelming the process can be. That inspired me to focus on educating my clients - breaking down the jargon, explaining the "why" behind every step, and making sure you feel empowered whether you're buying or selling. My goal is to help you make smart, informed decisions and walk away feeling confident about your next chapter.
