Buying a house can be a headache. Buying a house while out of state can be a bigger headache. Luckily for me, Jacki took all the stress and complexity out of that and I could not have had a smoother home buying process and close. Being in the military, moving is a given but also all the challenges that come with it. Jacki understood my situation and she worked with me from the start to past closing to ensure I got everything I needed. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the area and all things real estate. I was never left guessing and had every question answered with detailed explanations, whether via phone, text, or email. Flying in on leave to house hunt, she built out a schedule where we were able to check out every house I wanted to see. She met up with the home inspector and did a video chat with me so we could go over all the results.
