I've known Gay for around 20 years and always looked up to her. At the time I met her, I was a new realtor myself who got inspired by her commitment and knowledge about the Austin market as well as her amazing communication. She always taught us classes and I was impressed by her insights and little cool tidbits every time.  Time forward, I was looking forward to using her as our selling agent when we were ready to sell our house 20 years later... In the last few years, she came over and we talked about our options, renting vs selling, investments, etc. She always listened well, and had great market knowledge.
