Deanna promptly reached out to understand our situation and then she kindly organized a tour of properties for me to see when I came down. Our original tour was only for a couple of hours, but Deanna offered to stay well beyond our scheduled time to show me around the area / amenities. "My wife and I have been thinking about buying an investment property for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. The best decision we have made in this process was to hire Deanna Mateo-Mih as our real estate agent. Being a first time real estate investment buyer, we were, understandably, nervous, and had a lot of questions. Deanna, from the get-go, was a Godsend. She went above and beyond her duties for us. She patiently answered all of our questions, walked us through all the complexities and legal jargon, and was there every step of the way. We never did anything alone. When we finally found our dream property, she vetted the place for us thoroughly. She was there for all the inspections and the walk-through. She caught things I didn't even think about. She went through everything with a fine-tooth comb on our behalf. That's not even all. The day before our appointment to go to the title company to sign paper work and get our keys, Deanna was struck by COVID and had to quarantine. Despite feeling sick, the night before, she sent us a lengthy email telling us what to expect. On the way to the appointment the next day, she called while we were on our way there to give us a few more details about what to expect. And when we finally reached the Title office, *she joined us via Zoom* while out sick! She stayed on video conference the whole time and helped answer some questions and asked questions on our behalf. After we were finished, the title agent told me in private that in her 27 years in the business, she had never met an agent as dedicated as Deanna. I honestly don't even know how I ever bought and sold houses in the past without Deanna. Saying that she was amazing in this process would be an understatement. I cannot be more grateful for all her help. If you are looking for an agent, she is THE ONE."
