I had a really good experience working with Dave Powers.  Dave is very responsible, professional and caring.  Every time I found some houses I was interested in, Dave would make actions (send house information, summary of house quality, set up tour, etc) very quickly (within couple of hours), which makes me work with him very easy and transparent. And he was able to follow up with me about each house after we finished the tour, therefore the whole process went very smoothly.  Since this was my first time buying a house, Dave gave me very instructive guidance and explaniation whenever I had questions or things he think I should know or notice during the house tour, house closing, etc. And he also taught me some useful tips for maintaining the house/ house equipment in good quality, which I did not expect I could learn for the past these 3 months.  Working with Dave is very easy for me, when we scheduled the tour, he was able to consider my comfortable timing. Also, he told me to not rush, and give myself enough time to make any decisions. So I can follow my own timeline to buy the house that I like.  I would love to work with Dave in the future, and highly recommend people to work with him!
