My journey began in Colorado, where, while serving in the military, my wife and I embarked on the daunting task of finding our first home purchase. With my wife pregnant and navigating the real estate market alone, we encountered a realtor who, unbeknownst to us, was steering us toward neighborhoods that didn’t feel welcoming to us. This experience opened my eyes to the challenges many face in the housing market—especially those in the military community.

Our next move took us to San Antonio, where we once again faced hurdles. After hiring a realtor who lacked communication and responsiveness, we made the tough decision to part ways. These experiences ignited a passion within me to ensure that others would not have to endure similar frustrations.
