Cris Vargas

Hi, I’m Cris, a proud native of Brownsville, Texas. For years, San Antonio was my favorite place to visit, and over time, I fell in love with its vibrant culture, rich history, and welcoming community. In 2015, I made the decision to make San Antonio my home.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent several years working in children’s daycares, where I developed a strong ability to connect with people, and teach our little ones skills they could utilize for the rest of their lives. Following my time in child care, I went on to manage thriving local restaurants, where I developed a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. In this fast-paced environment, I learned to anticipate client needs,  and foster a positive experience for everyone. I’m proud to say that my efforts helped the restaurants become well-loved staples in our community.

Now, as a real estate professional, I’m focused on helping you achieve your goals, whether you’re buying, selling, or investing.
