Bianca Holt
Hi! Welcome to my page!
My friends and family just call me "B", but you can call me your new "favorite, spunky Realtor"! But before you do, let me tell you a bit about me, and why I'm in the business of helping you, with all of your real estate needs.
I am originally from Midland, Texas and moved to Austin about 5 years ago. I loved my hometown, but loved visiting Austin whenever I could. Some of the things I love about Austin, that are significantly different from the Permian Basin, are the amazing landscapes, live music, unique bars and restaurants, and most importantly, all the water! The only body of water for miles in Midland is the small duck pond located in the middle of town. I always knew I would move here eventually, and followed my siblings, and mom, shortly after their move to the area.
Professionally, I have been in the restaurant industry, for most of my career. This is where I have learned many of the skills I have today. I worked at Mcdonald's through high school, as a shift manager. Then during college, while studying business management, I spent 7 years as a bar manager/ bartender at the local Outback Steakhouse. This is also where I would meet my husband. He started as a dishwasher, and I was a bartender. You know, the typically love story. LOL. We have been together for almost 10 years and were recently married last year on Lake Travis, after moving to this amazing city. My career path then brought me to Jason's Deli, where I was the Assistant Manager. This is where I spent the last 4 years and learned the tools needed to effectively run a business. Although sadly, like many businesses, the deli took a hit and closed down due to Covid. It was a tough time trying to figure out my next move, and that is when I decided to take a leap of faith. I decided it was time to get into real estate, which is something I have wanted for a very long time. One thing the pandemic has taught me is that life is too short to be afraid, and to do the things you love!
Working with customers, and employees, in the world of foodservice, has taught me to be a great listener, communicator, passionate leader, and people pleaser. These skills along with my passion to be a successful entrepreneur, while helping those around me, is what motivates me to be great. With the support of my friends and family, and a loving husband, I took some time to get my license. Now, with all the knowledge and support, from my new JB Goodwin family, here I am today!
When I'm not out making my clients happy, I'm exploring this fast-growing, ever-changing city. I love to kayak, ride my bike, go hiking with my husband and dog, enjoy the nightlife with my friends, and especially love entertaining in our home. I have a passion for cooking, and love when others come over to enjoy my home-cooked meals with us. Now that you know a bit about me, l would love to get to know you. Where are you from? What are your hobbies? And most importantly, what are your real estate needs? How can I help you?
Whether you are ready to buy or sell your home, or if you just need to get into a rental, I am here for you. Everyone's need is different, and I promise to cater to your needs individually, and treat you like I would if you were part of my family.
Can't wait to meet you! Call or text me anytime.
