I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002 and have helped many people achieve their home ownership goals. In my tenure, I have worked with corporate relocation services, first time home buyer programs, military programs, Costco rebate programs, and all types of financing including VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional. I have also negotiated short sales and worked with buyers purchasing foreclosures. I am a Military spouse and understand the challenges that relocating to a new home, whether it be local or across the country, can present.
