My husband and I moved to Austin in 2006 when I was still an elementary school teacher.  We now have 3 wonderful kids, and one chubby little dog.  We’ve traveled the U.S. for a year and a half in an RV with our family, touring several of our nations National Parks.  I enjoy running, yoga, reading, crocheting, travel, and going to the many events Austin hosts. 

I love Austin, and have made it my job to know it inside and out! If I don't know the answer, you can bet I know where to find it, and fast. I've worked as a Realtor full-time in the Austin market since early 2008. My areas of expertise are South and West Austin, including “The Hill Country”.  I focus on gathering a detailed understanding of what my clients are wanting, communicating clearly with all parties, and closing the transaction in the best terms possible for my client. All of my listings include a staging consultation, recommended service providers to help with make ready, and professional photos.

Also included in my marketing plan is a home binder that highlights all of the assets of the home and surrounding area to potential buyers. Open houses, maximum internet marketing, prompt follow-up with buyers and their agents, and availability to my clients at all times are a priority! I work hard to get you maximum exposure and head off any problems before they arise, so that your home buying/selling experience is as enjoyable as possible.
