Hi, I’m Ashley Grice — a proud CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), artist, and passionate advocate for inclusivity in every space I step into. My journey is a blend of creativity, strategy, and service. With a strong background in Operations and Merchandise Management, I’ve led teams, optimized logistics, and executed high-level planning with heart and precision.

As a licensed REALTOR® with JB Goodwin and a Texas Notary, I believe that every client deserves personalized support and clear communication throughout their real estate journey. I’m also the Operations Manager for Ty Designs Staging and Interiors, where I oversee logistics, staging installations, and creative coordination — blending my love for home design with my eye for functionality and beauty.

Growing up in the Deaf community as a CODA has shaped how I show up in this world. I’m fluent in American Sign Language and actively advocate for accessibility and inclusion, especially in spaces where Deaf and Hard of Hearing voices are often left out. I bring that same sense of advocacy and empathy into my real estate practice — creating safe, welcoming spaces for all clients.

I’m also a mixed media artist and Fashion Stylist, which I infuse creativity into everything I do — whether it's staging a home, designing a marketing plan, or helping someone envision their future. For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling; it’s about building community, telling stories, executing my client's vision, and honoring every step of the journey with excellent customer service.
