Ashley Vavasour

I’ve proudly called Austin, TX home since 2003, when I relocated from my home state of Virginia. In 2008, I turned my passion for real estate and personal experience with relocating and investing into a full-time career. Over the past two decades, I’ve witnessed Austin’s incredible growth and transformation—especially in the real estate market.

I love serving as a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and investors—whether they’re just starting out or seasoned in the process. My goal is to share insights and experiences that empower clients to make confident, informed decisions and reach their real estate goals.

As a collaborative, results-driven agent, I prioritize communication, proactive planning, and strong advocacy. Throughout my career, I’ve built lasting relationships with clients and a wide network of industry professionals, including fellow agents, title companies, lenders, stagers, and contractors. My clients know they can count on me to listen closely, stay ahead of the curve, and negotiate effectively on their behalf.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing tennis, catching live music, and cooking for friends and family. I also love to travel and experience different cultures. My husband and I are proud parents of two Texas A&M graduates and we always look forward to cheering on the Aggies during football season…Gig ‘Em!
