Andre Boudreaux

Hello! My name is Andre Boudreaux. As both a licensed Realtor and a registered Architect, I'm passionate about finding or creating homes that meet the many needs of our modern lifestyles. With a deep understanding of design, construction, zoning restrictions and the nuances of Austin's fast-paced market, I am here to help my clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity, creativity, and care. 

My background in architecture and real estate development allows me to approach real estate with a unique perspective. Whether sketching renovation ideas, evaluating a properties potential, offering insights into construction and city codes, or connecting clients to a trusted network of builders and craftsmen, I aim to simplify the process and empower my clients to make informed decisions. For me, it's about more than closing a deal - it's about helping my clients create spaces that truly feel like home. 

After moving to Austin in 2015 to earn my Master's in Architecture at the University of Texas, I quickly fell in love with the city's creative energy and strong sense of community. Today, my wife and I live with our two dogs in a 1940s bungalow that I've spent the past several years carefully renovating. We love our neighborhood, Delwood II, for its unique character and rich culture - including the city's longest-running 4th of July parade! As a Realtor, I use my deep understanding of Austin's neighborhoods to help my clients find homes that align nicely with their lifestyle and goals. 

When I'm not working, you'll often find me hiking on Austin's greenbelts, tinkering on my 1970s Airstream trailer, or building furniture in my woodshop.
