Alyssa Tippit

The thought of buying, selling, or leasing a home can be an intimidating process from start to finish.  Having moved more than a handful of times throughout the past 15 years, I personally know first-hand how overwhelming the unknown can be to sell, buy and lease homes.  Because of this, I have grown a passion for the real estate industry. This passion led me to leave my previous profession serving as an educator for the past 12 years and allows me to continue to successfully be there to support individuals and their needs.

Our mission statement at JBGoodwin is "Helping People", and I will strive to provide the highest level of integrity and commitment to my clients. Whether you want to own or lease, everyone deserves a place to call home. As always, selling can be difficult because you are leaving a chapter behind but it is my duty as your realtor to make any transition stress-free.  

Here is a little information about myself. I was born and raised in a small west Texas town called Tulia. I am married to my best friend of 22 years who is school administrator, and I'm blessed to have two children ages 22 and 15 along with our Boston Terrier Otis. During my downtime, you will find me hanging out with my family while soaking up the sun at the local rivers, lakes, and parks. We are blessed to call New Braunfels our forever home.
