Hello! I’m Adrian Karam, a proud San Antonio native, born and raised in the heart of Texas. As a licensed Texas real estate agent with JB Goodwin Realtors, and a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I’m passionate about helping families and individuals find their perfect home in this vibrant city I know and love.

My journey into real estate is built on a strong foundation of sales and problem-solving. I began my career in the food industry, quickly rising to general manager, where I honed my sales skills and led my store into the top 10% of company-wide sales. I also traveled to underperforming locations to turn them around, consistently delivering results over nearly a decade. Later, I transitioned to become an ASE-certified automotive technician, but I soon realized my true calling was in sales—connecting with people and guiding them through life-changing decisions. Inspired by my wife’s success as a real estate agent, I joined her in the industry, and together we bring twice the dedication, insight, and personalized service to every transaction.
