Xuan "Swan" Le

I grew up in the real estate business! My parents are post-war immigrants that worked very hard to save up for their first home in America. With my mom's brains and my dad's brawn, they were able to build a successful real estate portfolio over the last 25 years that include rental properties and commercial businesses.

In school, I won awards in fine arts and design. This helps me tremendously as I work with my clients to stage their homes and train agents to market their listings.

I've worked for several of the major Brokers in Austin since getting my license in 2002. I can honestly say I've never seen a company culture or business model like we have here at JB Goodwin. They've managed to keep the family business "feel" that I saw work for my parents and developed a Big Business plan, which has kept many of Austin's top multi-million dollar agents with JB Goodwin since its start over 39 years ago.
