Be the first to know when a NEW listing from Any Broker hits the MLS.

New Listing Email Alerts is a FREE program that automatically sends you email alerts on new properties based on your specific home criteria. Your first email will show a list of all the homes that currently match your criteria. Then each morning that a NEW LISTING or a PRICE CHANGE occurs, you will be notified by an automatic email from the Multiple Listing Service computer. All you do is give us your choices from the criteria below. We will enter your choices anonymously into the MLS computer. The MLS computer has all the listings from all the brokers in the Austin MLS area.
