How about 200:1? I don't think so. Wouldn't you rather send your child where the student to teacher ratio is 14:1? |

It also concerns me when a new agent joins an 'experienced' agent's team. Many times you find that the experienced agent is too busy earning his or her own living to train you. Learning from such a limited resource can also mean you are missing many new techniques.
