Sandy Perwein

I'm a born and raised Austinite who deeply loves this city. I grew up in the beautiful neighborhood of Northwest Hills and attended St. Andrew's Episcopal, Murchison, and Johnston High School. Being a native of Austin, I've developed an intimate understanding of Austin's diverse communities, culture, and neighborhoods.

I'm a proud graduate of the University of Texas, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in art. I have over 30 yrs of experience in the design field and specialize in high-end luxury remodels and construction. Over the years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with numerous top designers, architects, and engineers in central Texas, helping homeowners bring their visions and dreams to life. 

I’m a firm believer that real estate and interior design are intertwined, which is why I embarked on my real estate journey back in 1995, when I first got licensed as a REALTOR® in the state of Texas. I'm excited to bring my wealth of experience and expertise to the JB Goodwin team. I look forward to using my unique background in both real estate and design to help my clients by offering a comprehensive approach to the home buying or selling process.

Aside from my career, I’ve also had the wonderful opportunity to travel the world with the US military, touring and living abroad in various countries. These experiences have allowed me to immerse myself in many diverse cultures, gaining unique insights that enrich my interactions with people from all over the world. This global perspective enables me to better understand and serve my clients' unique needs, regardless of their background or location.
