Marcelino Gutierrez III

I was born and raised in San Antonio and I graduated from high school from International School of the Americas in 2000 and joined the US Army in November 2000. After basic training, I married my high school sweetheart, and we will be celebrating 22 years of marriage in 2023. In 2003, I was deployed to Iraq for the Iraqi Operation Freedom war. I spent a year in Iraq before returning home and transitioning to civilian life.

I have 22 years experience in Supply Chain in the IT and energy industries. In 2010, I graduated from San Antonio College with my Associate's degree and in 2013 I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with my Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management Science. My wife is also a UTSA alumnus and my son who is a senior at Holy Cross of San Antonio will be a freshman in August 2023 at UTSA.

As a realtor in Texas I dedicate myself to helping others. I am committed in providing my clients with the best possible service, using my extensive knowledge of the local market and my strong negotiation skills to ensure that they get the best possible deal.

As an army veteran, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a realtor. I understand the challenges that come with relocating and am committed to making the process as smooth as possible for my clients. My experience in the military has also taught me the importance of attention to detail, communication, and hard work, all of which I bring to my work as a realtor.

In everything I do, I am motivated by a desire to help others. Whether I am working with a client to find their dream home or volunteering to support veterans in my community, I am always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the world around me.
