Demitrious Nanez

Hello, my name is Demitrious Nanez and welcome to my page. I wanted to start off by saying thank you for your time and I look forward to assisting you in the future!

I’ve lived all my life here in the great state of Texas, born in New Braunfels and lived most of my life in the hill country known as Canyon Lake. Now we recently moved back to New Braunfels and got married to my wife Megan. We’ve been married now for over six years and have our beautiful daughter Addalynn who is five.

My massive passion for the real estate business came to me very early and was just my all-time dream since I was a young child, it just fascinated me seeing how I could be a part of aiding with the community and helping people with their future dream homes and start to plant their roots or find their next best investments. This really explains why I really felt right at home when I joined JBGoodwin REALTORS®; because our motto here is "Help People" and that’s what makes this experience worth every second of it.

My mission is to be your go-to real estate agent for anything, buying, selling, leasing, or investing. Coming from the auto industry, I have always put my client’s interest before my own and being a REALTOR® I get to practice this daily now. One thing that I’ve learned to understand is that your real estate purchase, listing, investment, etc. is one of the largest decisions that you will make in a lifetime. So, I want to be sure that the process is as clear, simplistic, transparent, informative, and friendly as possible. My commitment is to hold your goals, needs and dreams as my top priority throughout the whole experience! At the end of the day, I want to make sure that you don’t see this as a transaction but as an experience that is something to be remembered and that I am honored to be your advocate for your future endeavors of real estate.

Some fun facts and hobbies of mine are we have three pups, Sugar our ten-year-old Pitbull, Coco our one-year-old German Shepherd & Husky, and Clover our one-year-old pocket Pitbull. They love to tag along with us while going on walks on trails, going to dog parks or going to the lake. As well as two horses named Pistol and Pickles, which we enjoy going out and horseback riding out in the hill country or lake with the family or friends. Finally, we have a cat named Jade and a Guinea pig named Squeaky for his famous loud squeaks for his love of food. Other than that, I do enjoy traveling to outdoor locations all around the states, spending time with friends and family, or hosting /being a part of some local car meets in the New Braunfels area.

One thing I love about our JBGoodwin community is the number of resources that not only I can provide but, what we all can provide as a team.
